Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or during promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided (where available) via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible locations across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and complete the payment.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. HighMart.online is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, HighMart.online ships within Pakistan only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
